it feels so good to finally make my own website! this is something i’ve always dreamed of doing, but i never wanted to publish anything until i had thought of the perfect idea. i really love what i’ve started on social media (instagram, tiktok, pinterest) with icollectangels.

it’s 2026 and for the past two years, that instagram account has been my go-to safe space to share my favorite things (mainly collecting!). along the way, i’ve met tons of wonderful people and built a great community or following.

if there is one thing all my followers and i have in common, it’s this:

we LOVE to collect, tiny cute things!

i remember when i was in college, writing about my future goals… i always had the same motto and goal:

i want to INSPIRE people.

it was a pretty general statement and i never thought i would be inspiring people to build collections—especially not collections of little angel figurines, furry monsters, and cute critters (sonny angel, labubu, & calico critters).

who would have guessed?

i started collecting for the trends, but i have stayed for the hobby and friends i made along the way— and that’s the interesting thing about trends. they come and they go, but the important part is the impact they make along the way. trends can evolve. trends can build our understanding of art, culture, and community in an unchangeable way that can last forever. some people think of trends and fads as pointless, and that which is timeless is more important. but, in reality, everything in this life has a purpose and place and reason—no matter how small, short, or tiny!

my goal for this website is to continue to inspire, build my audience, and to make a more long-lasting, positive impact on my favorite communities. as well as, enjoy the hobby of it all and have FUN!
